This week, Jefferson High School honored students for their outstanding academic achievements during Academic Letter Days. Students who earned a 3.5 or 4.0 GPA over the past two semesters were recognized for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
As part of the celebration, JHS welcomed Kassidi Smith, Chief Operations Officer for the Boys and Girls Club of the Sioux Empire, who shared an inspiring message with our students. She reminded them that sometimes the biggest opportunities—and the toughest challenges—can be overcome by simply showing up. Her words encouraged students to continue striving for success, even when faced with obstacles.
Congratulations to all the Academic Letter recipients! Your hard work and determination do not go unnoticed. Keep pushing forward, setting goals, and showing up!
